We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Vibacare Global USA. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.



  1. Eligibility for Returns



  • You may return unused and unopened products within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.



  1. Exclusions



The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or opened.
  • Products that are not in their original condition or packaging.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.



  1. How to Initiate a Return



To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Pack the items securely in the original shipping packaging, if possible.
  • Include your RMA number and proof of purchase in the return package.
  • Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.



  1. Refunds



  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.



  1. Shipping Costs



  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.



  1. Damaged or Defective Items



  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your claim.
